Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy varies according to the period of stay:

High season (Christmas, New Year's Eve, ski holidays, July-August) Reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations will not be refunded. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Mid-season (June, September, pre-Christmas, January, March) Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellation within 14 days: 50% refund of the total amount.



Low season (April, May, October, November) Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund of the total amount.

In case of no-show without notification, the entire amount will be retained.
